This position helps drive revenue growth by ensuring sales opportunities progress efficiently, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting the successful execution of partnerships, events, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nABOUT MESA CONVENTION CENTER\nLocated in downtown Mesa, Arizona, Mesa Convention Center is the largest event venue in the East Valley. The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)\nCoordinate sales operations by supporting the team with proposals, contracts, and client communications to keep deals moving smoothly\nManage CRM systems by updating client information, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate sales records\nAssist with preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings and pitches\nCommunicate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events, partnerships, or client agreements\nMonitor sales pipelines and provide administrative support to help the team meet revenue goals\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely responses and high-quality service\nWHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)\nEducation and/or Experience\nH.S. Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.\nSkills and Abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \nExperience with CRM system and preparing sales presentations and/or reports\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL\nThis role is based on site in Mesa, AZ\nYou may be required to work a non traditional schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays\nAt Legends Global, our people power every success.
