This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, budget and expense management, vendor coordination, and office experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners-ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and a positive, professional work environment. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.\nAbout the Project/Venue\nThe Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)\nManage calendars, meetings, and communications for project leadership.\n\nOversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.\n\nProcess and track invoices, expenses, and budgets\n\nLead the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and project support.\n\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, including IT setup, workspace preparation, and internal announcements.\n\nSupport internal engagement through staff events, celebrations, and communications.\n\nAssist with logistics for client events, meetings, and activations.\n\nManage scheduling and payroll for hourly employees and interns.\n\nPartner with internal teams such as Legal and Finance to manage vendor contracts and agreements.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, sports management or related field preferred.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, expense management, and project management platforms (e.g., Concur, Asana).\n\nExperience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries a plus.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL\nRole requires regular on-site presence to support project launch, client partnership, team leadership, and venue-related activity.\n\nAbility to work both traditional and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as business needs require.\n\nTravel may be required for meetings, training, client engagement, industry events, and Legends Global business needs.\n\nAt Legends Global, our people power every success.
