The Legends Global Way guides how we operate: Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win - shared success, repeatable systems, connected solutions, unstoppable teams, and wins that are earned every day.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Senior Manager of DC Operations is responsible for leading all aspects of distribution center and warehouse operations, including staff planning, performance management, continuous improvement, and training and development. This role oversees both strategic direction and execution across all key performance areas: Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Team Engagement.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)\nCompile and deliver data and reports to management promptly.\nOversee team leaders responsible for daily reporting and operational performance.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational, system, and workflow issues.\nDevelop expertise in systems, integrations, data flows, and fulfillment processes.\nDrive performance improvement strategies leveraging technology and process innovation.\nIdentify and execute cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives.\nPartner with leadership to design and manage operational systems, processes, and KPIs.\nSupport managers in aligning staffing levels with seasonal or peak demands.\nMaintain efficient warehouse operations through effective inventory, storage, and distribution controls.\nSupervise clerical staff handling warehousing documentation.\nEnsure accurate product transfers and inventory control for all warehouse movements.\nAssist in preparing the annual budget and business plan.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures.\nPerform other related duties as required.\nWHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)\nBachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of management experience in retail distribution and logistics.\nExcellent written and verbal communication; strong multitasking and prioritization skills.\nProven leadership with a commitment to high-quality customer and client service.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all management levels.\nFlexible to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nTeam-oriented with a collaborative approach.\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL\nThis role is based on site in Indianapolis, IN\nAt Legends Global, our people power every success.
