The staff accountant position works closely with the accounting, purchasing, and leadership team to provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the multiple entertainment venues.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n· Processes and reconciles large volume accounts payable transactions\n· Performs month-close duties: reconciliations of sub-legers and account analysis\n· Assists accounting leadership with preparation of financial statements\n· Reconciles cash receipts and disbursements\n· Prepares and records journal entries\n· Maintains fixed asset detail records\n· Maintains and audits box office ticket sales reports\n· Maintains and audits parking office reports\n· Prepares settlement reporting for ticketed and private events\n· All other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
