They also will stock all alcohol, water & soda. \nDeliver food and beverages from kitchen to Suites department in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets.\nFacilitate communication between the servers and culinary team\nRead kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders\nMonitor and observe guests dining experience - Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service - \nRespond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to Suites department immediately.\nResponsible for assisting in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas\nProvide guidance to guests including general arena information.\nPerform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.\nComplete other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications:\nPrior experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least two(2) years\nHigh school diploma or equivalency \nAbility to work independently or in a team setting\nAbility to walk without aid up to 50lbs on a continuous basis, ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds, lift cases of alcohol & lift full chafers with 2 hands for the majority of the shift, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, reach while stocking and cleaning. \nAbility to be standing and walking for entirety of the shift in a very loud, crowded environment.\nThis department is requesting 60% event availability; schedule published on Ball Arena website. Primarily afternoons and evenings. Christmas, Playoffs, NCAA, opening days, prep days, all Sunday inclusive dates, and all other mandatory dates.\nPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.\nLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
