We have an excellent opportunity and immediate opening for a Part-Time Ticket Seller at out Richmond facilities to include Dominion Energy Center and Altria Theater. This position is responsible for the sale of tickets at each venue during regular office hours, and during events, most of which occur during evenings and on weekends.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nDemonstrates excellent customer service skills\nOpens and or closes ticket window as required.\nAccurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons\nAccepts payments and makes change accurately.\nMaintains accurate count when selling hard tickets\nAccesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.\nCompletes daily ticket sales report\nFills reservations for seats I via in person, telephone and/or mail\nMans Will-Call window \nResponds to requests for service and assistance\nEfficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, events and coming attractions.\nFiles various records and reports.\nPerforms routine clerical and other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma\nFlexible schedule. Able to work midday, evening and weekend shifts.\nMust have 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training\nBox office (Ticketmaster and/or Etix), cashier, or guest services background preferred\nProven Customer Service skills\nAble to work independently\nAbility to follow instructions\nAccurate data entry skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nMature judgment and professionalism in handling all matters\nGood problem solving skills and organizational ability\nExperience working independently and as a team member\nAbility to work the ticket window with minimal supervision\nProficient command of the English language\nProfessional attitude and appearance\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
