Join us!\nTHE ROLE\nThe Ticket Seller is responsible for ticket sales to shows and events by performing the duties listed below.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDemonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and/or assistance.\nFocus on each patron’s order and fulfill in an accurate and timely manner.\nAccurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons using ticketing software and processes purchases made in person and by phone, when necessary.\nAssist patrons in resolving ticket-related issues during events.\nVerify and distribute 'Will Call' tickets to patrons.\nCompletes daily ticket sales report.\nKeeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold; balances sales and submits to Box Office Manager or Supervisor for audit.\nProvides guidance related to venue, show and ticket information.\nAbility to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.\nEfficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events.\nFiles various records and reports and performs related office functions and clerical work as assigned.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by Box Office Manager or Designee.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
