If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!\nESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollows Executive Chef, Sous Chefsand/or Culinary Supervisors/Leads assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.\n\nPrepares food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.\n\nMaintainsHACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanlinessand sanitation standards.\n\nMaintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains.\n\nEnsures all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and kept in a safe and operable condition; report issues to lead or supervisor.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
