This position will play an integral role in delivering exceptional experiences for Hurricane Club members, Golden Canes Society members, premium seating clients, corporate partners, and other VIP stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, increase donor engagement, and support revenue-generating opportunities for Miami Hurricanes Athletics.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)\nVIP Experiences & Event Management\nAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of VIP experiences, donor events, premium hospitality programs, and exclusive opportunities across Miami Hurricanes Athletics.\nCoordinate experiences such as pregame sideline access, on-field experiences, private tours, open practices, meet-and-greets, and other premium opportunities.\nManage event logistics, including guest lists, credentials, itineraries, transportation, hospitality arrangements, and event-day check-in.\nAssist with the execution of exclusive Hurricane Club and Golden Canes Society events, donor receptions, member appreciation events, and travel experiences.\nCoordinate with internal departments, stadium operations, catering partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.\nSupport the planning and execution of VIP networking events, corporate hospitality experiences, and other exclusive programming.\nAssist with event budgets, vendor coordination, staffing plans, and post-event evaluations.\nPremium Hospitality & Donor Relations\nSupport game-day operations for premium hospitality areas, including suites, VIP lounges, Hurricane Club tailgates, and exclusive donor experiences.\nServe as an on-site point of contact for VIP guests, donors, and premium clients, providing exceptional customer service.\nAssist with event invitations, RSVP tracking, guest communications, and post-event follow-up.\nWork closely with Hurricane Club, Golden Canes Society, premium sales, and ticketing teams to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.\nAddress guest concerns and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.\nMaintain strong relationships with donors, premium clients, and VIP stakeholders.\nVIP Sales, Revenue & Administrative Support\nSupport the development, promotion, and execution of revenue-generating VIP experience packages for individuals, corporate groups, and premium clients.\nAssist with VIP experience inquiries, reservations, package fulfillment, and client communications.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance existing VIP offerings and introduce new experiences that support revenue growth and donor engagement.\nMaintain accurate records of event participation, VIP package sales, guest information, and revenue activity.\nAssist with event budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking.\nPrepare event communications, operational documents, itineraries, and post-event reports.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support Hurricane Club and VIP Experience initiatives.\nWHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)\nBachelor's degree in Sport Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\nOne to two years of experience in event management, hospitality, collegiate athletics, professional sports, or a related field. Relevant internships may be considered.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and athletic events as needed.\nExperience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, premium hospitality, or donor relations.\nExperience coordinating large-scale events, premium hospitality programs, or exclusive guest experiences.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or event management software.\nAbility to interact professionally with high-profile donors, corporate executives, and university leadership.\nCOMPENSATION\nCompetitive pay, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for an incentive.
