This is a part time, event related position. No set schedule or hours.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nWork and direct the distribution support function prior to, during, and following an event.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReceive orders, store in proper place, and complete administrative paperwork in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures \nCompile warehouse schedule ensuring all events and deliveries have proper coverage \nDeliver product from warehouse to stand in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with company service standards \nOversees the pulling of product to fill transfers and verifies accuracy \nPerforms as needed, minor repairs or adjustments on machines using hand tools to correct malfunctions \nWork with warehouse manager to complete a monthly inventory \nReports any equipment repairs \nAssure security of all company assets \nComplete spot checks on inventory \nInform manager of all products that are running low and needs to be re-ordered \nReceives, maintains and stores product inventory in a sanitary and orderly fashion (rotate product inventory FIFO standards) \nFollows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment \nAbility to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company standard \nEnsures proper and timely set up and clean-up of all concession areas \nMust meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers \nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:\nSupervise warehouse staff.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
