Our company culture reflects values like integrity, ownership, and authenticity.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Branch Controller?\nComplete month end close for branches responsible forOwn the P&L and ensure everything is properly accounted for\nInventory reconciliation\nReview standard vs actual gap and help branch management understand what is causing the differences\nReview statements with branch management\n\nCapital Expense ProjectsReview capital expense project request, ensuring process is being followed\nSubmit capital expense project request through RAM system\nTrack project expenses and ensure timely closing of all projects.\n\nInventory ValuationEnsure proper landed costs of all material, labor, variable and fixed costs\n\nSegregation of DutiesReview roles assigned to branch employees and ensure no unmitigated violations exist\n\nAssist with internal and external audits\nOther tasks as determined by management\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting\nExperience with Dynamics D365 preferred\n5+ years of accounting experience, preference in manufacturing\nAbility to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment \nHigh degree of professionalism and ethical standards\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills\nExcellent communication skills\nMust be detail oriented and well organized\nA self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
