The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Branch Manager?\nProvide overall leadership and accountability for all branch operations, including production, quality, safety, and customer service.\nEnsure effective utilization of equipment, materials, labor, and processes to meet production and financial targets.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve profitability.\nLead efforts to achieve profitability goals and continuous cost improvements.\nOversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and branch projections.\nIdentify operational risks and implement proactive solutions.\nLead, mentor, and develop the Branch Leadership Team and broader workforce.\nFoster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and morale.\nPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to improve product quality and process performance.\nLead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and production strategies.\nMaintain strong communication across all branch and corporate partners.\nChampion Lean initiatives, TPM, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.\nMonitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.\nDrive innovation and strategic thinking to improve long-term business performance.\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.\nMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product structures, and operational workflows.\nDemonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies\nWorking knowledge of MRP systems, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and TPM practices.\nProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.\nStrong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThings we consider a plus:\nLean, Six Sigma certification.\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
