You'll work alongside talented professionals across multiple functions while gaining broad exposure to product development, commercial strategy, and financial planning.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Business Analyst?\nDevelop and maintain integrated financial planning tools and reporting processes\nAnalyze sales trends, forecasts, and financial performance to support business decisions\nGenerate monthly sales, capital plan, and KPI reports for innovation and commercialization initiatives\nCreate and evaluate financial business cases for new product development opportunities\nMonitor actual sales performance against forecasts and identify trends, risks, and opportunities\nSupport international pricing activities, including pricing analysis and maintenance of price indexes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and communicate financial and sales data\nDrive continuous improvement of business case development, reporting processes, and financial planning tools\nSupport a People First culture through collaboration, accountability, and shared success\nTo be successful in this role, you'll need:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field preferred\n2+ years of experience in financial analysis, product planning, accounting, forecasting, analytics, or a related area\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex sales and financial data\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment\nProven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization\nStrong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools\nKnowledge of business case development, pricing strategies, forecasting, and financial planning\nExperience supporting new product development or product lifecycle management initiatives\nKPI Reporting Accuracy\nThis is a hybrid role and the preferred location would be either Tupelo, MS or High Point, NC.\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you've had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
