The team you will be working with is a dedicated group of EHS Technicians who are passionate about creating a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace.\nAdditionally, you’ll:\nDrive a safety-first culture and support our commitment to a zero-accident workplace\nProvide guidance, coach, and support colleagues to ensure high performance and to inspire everyone to live a strong safety culture\nEnsure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations, corporate standards, and internal requirements through effective monitoring and auditing activities\nLead EHS training and awareness initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and promote safe working practices\nMonitor regulatory developments and corporate requirements, ensuring timely implementation of necessary actions\nReview and approve new equipment, processes, and operational changes to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks\nDrive continuous improvement projects that enhance EHS performance, compliance, and operational excellence\nEnsure accurate EHS reporting and effective use of the Safeguard system\nSupport emergency response, business continuity, and assigned deputy or back-up responsibilities as required\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nA degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline\nCertified Prevention Advisor Level II (Level I would be an advantage) and ideally Environmental Coordinator Level A or B \n5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, Automotive experience is a plus\nStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and compliance requirements\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\nA data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nExcellent Dutch, French and English language skills\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
