If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nAs an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You'll work with a collaborative, hands-on team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nSo, what will you be doing as an Electrical Maintenance Technician?\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic systems.\nInstall and repair motors, controls, wiring, sensors, relays, and other electrical equipment.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.\nPerform preventive maintenance on production equipment.\nDiagnose and replace faulty electrical components.\nAssist with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as needed.\nSupport safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTo be successful in this role, you'll need:\nExperience in industrial electrical maintenance.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.\nPreventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nCommitment to safety and quality.\nAbility to obtain forklift certification.\nThings we consider a plus\nTechnical certification, apprenticeship, or formal electrical training.\nExperience with PLCs, conveyors, robotics, or automated equipment.\nKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you've had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for?
