We encourage a culture of innovation, support internal growth and value continuous improvement.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Embedded Electronics Engineer (Hardware) ?\nWork with a team of software and hardware engineers to program and troubleshoot hardware for various consumer products, and to develop interoperability with mobile applications, PC software, and other embedded devices\nDesign and implement hardware abstractions and embedded drivers to support high-level applications\nEvaluate and test prototype hardwaredesigns for correctness and suitability\nApply engineering principles and logical problem-solving skills for diverse projects\nBuild user interfaces, test equipment, test plans, and automated tests to support testing processed.\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nB.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent\nKnowledge of & experience with analog & digital circuitry, PCB layout, reading schematics and component data sheets\nUnderstanding of embedded microarchitectures\nExperience designing and troubleshooting serial interfaces including RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, USB and Ethernet.\nFamiliarity with electronic test equipment\nExperience with ARM microcontrollers\nThings we consider a plus:\nExperience with other microarchitectures (RISC, MIPS, 8051, etc.)\nExperience with CANBus\nExperience with motor control hardware\nExperience with real-time operations and multitasking technologies such as RTOS, threading, coroutines, async/await, interruptions and safety, etc.\nExperience with RF design\nExperience with Agile and DevOps processes\nKnowledge of PCB design fundamentals\n3-5 years of consumer product software development experience\nTeam lead, Project Lead and/or training experience \nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
