(Sunday - Thursday , 2nd shift 3pm-11pm)\nQualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:\nMust be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nObtains copy of production schedule and transports material to and from designated areas in the facility.\nMoving goods packed on pallets or in crated around the storage/productions areas.\nStacking goods in the correct areas, following inventory control instructions.\nChecking loads are secure\nStacking empty pallets\nPerforming daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.\nRemoving machine attachments and waste material from machines.\nExamining products to verify conformance to quality standards.\nDumping material into machine hoppers\nDump thrash into compactor.\nComplete all necessary paperwork with a high level of accuracy.\nMaintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.\nPractice proper safety techniques.\nComplete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned. This may include help from the maintenance department when necessary.\nFollow all procedures and guidelines.\nPerform other duties as assigned and/or requested.\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience:\nGood mechanical aptitude.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.\nQuality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.\nQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.\nSafety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.\nGood attention to detail.\nAble to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.\n\nThis description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis.
