The team you will be working with is collaborative, people focused, and solution oriented, and values integrity, continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.\nSo, what will you be doing as a HR Generalist?\nManage full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, orientation, and required training.\nServe as on-site HR business partner to leaders, providing guidance on policy interpretation, documentation, performance management, employee relations, investigations, and corrective action.\nAdminister leave, absence, and benefits programs (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers’ Compensation, benefits enrollment/changes), supporting employees and resolving related issues.\nLead offboarding activities, including exit interviews, documentation, and coordination of final pay and benefits.\nMaintain HR compliance and accurate recordkeeping (EEO, wage & hour, I-9/E-Verify, personnel files), supporting audits and reporting.\nManage HRIS and timekeeping data; partner with payroll to ensure accurate processing, attendance tracking, and resolution of inquiries.\nTrack and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, staffing, training completion) and recommend actions to support operational goals and retention.\nLead employee engagement initiatives, site communications, recognition, and events to reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nCollaborate effectively with Corporate and Business Unit HR and EHS representatives.\nOther duties as assigned. Ie: assist with projects as necessary such as updating job descriptions, creating electronic files, etc.\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nStrong working knowledge of human resources laws and regulations and environmental health & safety legislation and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels, building partnership and accountability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to frontline teams and leadership.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.\nCalm, effective approach under pressure, including during emergency situations.\nDemonstrated proactive mindset; anticipates risk, raises issues early, and drives preventive actions before problems occur.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nThings we consider a plus:\nBachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field\nFive years of human resources generalist experience (experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred);\nHR Certification preferred - PHR, SPHR\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
