If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nAs a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our manufacturing operation. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by leading efficient logistics operations, improving material handling processes, and creating a safe, high-performing environment that supports sustainable business growth. The team you will be working with is a dedicated operations team that collaborates closely across Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality to drive excellence and continuous improvement.\nAdditionally, you’ll:\nEnsure the smooth and efficient reception, storage, and dispatch of all goods entering and leaving the facility\nLead, coach, and develop assigned team members to consistently achieve operational targets and performance objectives\nMaintain accurate process execution and compliance within the ERP and warehouse management systems\nDrive inventory accuracy across Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Work In Progress (WIP) through effective stock control and cycle counting processes\nCoordinate and ensure uninterrupted material supply to manufacturing operations, including raw materials, packaging, and production consumables\nCoordination and follow up of waste flow management\nIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles and tools\nPromote and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards while striving for zero accidents\nSupport business continuity by fulfilling assigned deputy and back-up responsibilities as required\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nA High School or College degree\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment\nStrong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes\nExperience working with MS Office, ERP and inventory management systems\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy\nProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality and decision-making ability\nFluent Dutch and French language skills, English language skills are a plus\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
