If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nAs a Machine Design Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer) you will have the opportunity to performs engineering work related to researching, designing, and developing equipment using electro-mechanical products and tools to develop and commission production equipment. Will collaborate with others to implement tools for production processes. Responsibilities include meeting production and quality objectives using effective technology techniques and quality materials.\nSkills Required:\nBachelor of Science degree in mechanical, design, manufacturing or electrical engineering, technical related degree or relevant work experience\nAt least 3 years of experience\nMath skills which include the use of algebra, trigonometry and analytical geometry\nExperience using 2D and 3D solid modeling CAD drafting software. SolidWorks preferred.\nProvide professional quality written, oral communication and technical writing skills\nManage multiple projects, work schedules, and accounting budgets\nUnderstand business quality systems and procedures\nAbility to supervise and direct others in a professional manner\nMaintain a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work\nWorking knowledge of design and application for design of machine elements\nWorking knowledge of problem-solving techniques for stress analysis\nPneumatic and hydraulic power systems design application\nUnderstand kinematics and mechanism concepts and design\nAbility to read, understand, and create engineering drawings\nWorking knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance\nElectrical control system design and application\nPLC application and utilize programming skills\nServo/stepper motor application design and programming\nWorking knowledge of robotic applications\nWorking knowledge of PCs and MS Office application software\nWorking knowledge of machine shop practices\nAbility to operate basic machining equipment given instruction\nTask Descriptions:\nDesigns machines and machine elements\nManages work project schedules and project budget\nPerform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate\nConform with the environmental policy and procedures and with the requirements of the environmental management system.\nResponsible for the development and the release of all manufacturing documents related to machine and product builds.\nResponsible for supporting and delivering new manufacturing technologies to improve competitiveness and project profitability.\nEnsure Engineering Change Requests (ECR) & Manufacturing Change Requests (MCR) are followed up and implemented as projected.\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
