If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nAs a Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist and plan projects that will improve current processes in the manufacturing of carpet underlay. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring that our facility’s machines are operating safely and efficiently. The team you will be overseeing and working with collaborates to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, and values great workmanship.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Manager?\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment.\nOversee and manage growing Maintenance Team that covers 24 hours of our operation.\nPerform preventative maintenance.\nComplete work orders as assigned in a timely manner.\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\nFive plus years of industrial maintenance experience.\nPrior experience in managing a team of mechanics.\nAbility to use power tools such as grinder, drill, saw, and drill press.\nExperience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and installing bearings, sprockets, and chains.\nAbility to operate lift truck, scissor lift and aerial lifts; and eventually certified as a train the trainer.\nAbility to diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.\nAbility to follow manuals, schematic diagrams and blueprints using hand tools and test equipment to connect power supply wires to machines and equipment.\nMaintain equipment and do basic repairs as needed.\nBe meticulous, well-organized, have good on-time attendance, and be initiative-taking.\nMust have own tools.\nFully support and participate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Programs.\nAvailable to work on required Saturday’s.\nThings We Consider a Plus:\nPrevious experience operating a lift truck, scissor lift or aerial lift.\nKnowledge of operation in PLC including troubleshooting and modifying.\nElectrical certification.\nWelding experience.\nSalary ranges from $75,000 - $120,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
