If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nPLEASE BE SURE YOUR RESUME IS IN ENGLISH!\nSo, what will you be doing as a Branch/Plant Controller?\nThis role is the Leader in the financial planning cycle - providing various inputs and performing reviews in the areas of revenue, material, headcount, plant expenses, and working capital (following standard financial planning process flows).\nIncrease the cost competitiveness and overall Branch/Plant performance.\nLeads the full scope of accounting and finance processes for a branch or collection of branches.\nLeading role in the financial close and reconciliation process, accountable for accuracy and compliance.\nEnsure that local statutory reporting and tax authority requirements are metEnsures that policy and procedures adhere to a system of internal controls and serves as the lead for internal and external audit requirements.\nServes as a primary point of contact with Corporate Accounting, addressing questions and reporting needs.\nLeads, develops, and coaches local accounting and finance team.\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:\nPost-secondary degree from an accredited University in Accounting, Finance, Business or related; Professional designation (CMA, CPA); MBA preferred.\n10+ years of finance and accounting experience in a industrial manufacturing environment in Mexico, with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Automotive experience preferred.\nExperience in financial close, internal controls, internal and external audit management, ad hoc analysis, management reporting, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), taxation, treasury, working capital, payroll, cash flow management, costing and financial planning (forecasting, budget, long range planning).\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills and leadership abilities, employee development experience\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
