If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nAs the Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the Prime Department and ensure production objectives are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.\nSo, what will you be doing as a Production Supervisor?\nLead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve departmental goals\nMonitor and adjust production processes to maintain quality and efficiency\nEnsure production schedules are met and productivity targets are achieved\nMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment\nCoordinate staffing, training, and employee development activities\nEnsure material availability and readiness for production runs\nPartner with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes\nEnsure accurate completion of production reports, inspections, and payroll documentation\nEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department\nPromote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement\nTo be successful in this role, you'll need:\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nStrong math and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions\nForklift experience or ability to obtain certification\nDependable attendance and strong work ethic\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to bend, twist, push, pull, climb stairs, and climb ladders\nAbility to distinguish product colors and densities according to specifications\nAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)\nSafety & Quality Expectations\nChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards\nSupport ISO-9001 quality requirements and continuous improvement efforts\nParticipate in employee training, incident investigations, and corrective action processes\nMaintain high standards for product quality, housekeeping, and operational performance\nSalary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
