That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.\nThe Program Manager/Automotive Division leads our cross-functional and international project teams to ensure the project targets for the assigned projects. Furthermore, the PM manages synergies and dependencies of projects and changes that belong to the same program.\nWhat will you be doing as a Program Manager:\n1. Lead the interdisciplinary project team, ensure good collaboration and the focus on the project targets\n2. Create, communicate and update project planning (milestones, deliverables, cost). Track and communicate status of\nprojects (progress, risks, issues, impacts, profitability)\n3. Start, support and follow up escalations in case that project targets get in danger. Drive solutions and decisions to\nensure success of the program.\n4. Provide input on sales prices for design changes, provide input on IC sales prices updates\n5. Ensure that we follow the APQP and customer specific processes whithin our programs. Be key contact for our\ncustomer during the Program.\n6. Manage Engineering Changes and VAVEs in collaboration with the Launch Manager.\n7. Leading a Safety-first approach maintaining a zero accident culture. Ensure and monitor work, accident prevention\nand safe working environment across the business.\n8. Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by\nthe business\nWhat you need to be successful:\nEducational requirements, Certifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or other equivalent\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years of job experience in an industrial environment\nAutomotive experience preferred\n3-5 years of project experience\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:\n· Ability to work within cross-functional teams\n· Ability to lead by convincing\n· Effective problem-solving abilities\n· Strong target-orientation and planning skills\n· Strong oral and written communication skills\n· Able to show attention to detail whilst maintaining a view on the big picture\n· Optimistic and engaging approach\n· Strong skills in process management\n· Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks\n· Strong ability to execute on time and budge\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
