We are seeking someone with strong technical leadership skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.\nWhat you will be doing as Senior Lead Software Engineer - Mobile Development?\nLead the design and development of native mobile applications for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).\nServe as a technical lead and mentor for mobile engineers, conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices.\nArchitect and implement scalable, maintainable mobile solutions that integrate with cloud services hosted on Microsoft Azure.\nCollaborate closely with firmware, cloud, and UX teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.\nOwn the mobile CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring reliable build, test, and release processes.\nIntegrate AI and machine learning capabilities into mobile applications, including on-device inference and cloud-based AI services.\nDefine and implement mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and reusable component libraries.\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.\n 5+ years focused on mobile application development.\nExpert-level proficiency in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.\nStrong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.\nProven experience publishing and maintaining apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Pipelines).\nStrong command of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.\nDeep understanding of RESTful API design and consumption, as well as real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, MQTT).\nExperience with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with Git-based version control and technical collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences.\nThings we consider a plus:\nExperience using Copilot and Claude CLI and Agentic development\nExperience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, or AI-assisted development workflows.\nExperience building mobile SDKs or reusable libraries distributed via Swift Package Manager or Maven.\nFamiliarity with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) or IoT device communication from mobile.\nExperience with HealthKit, HomeKit, or other platform-specific frameworks.\nKnowledge of mobile security best practices including certificate pinning, secure storage, and OAuth 2.0.\nExperience with test automation frameworks such as XCTest, Espresso, or Appium.\nBackground in software development methodologies such as TDD and BDD.\nPrevious experience in a technical lead or architecture role.\nWhat to Do Next\nNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
