Sr. QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Legitt AI, you will not just "find bugs"; you will own the release safety and technical quality of our AI contract ecosystem. You will design automated test frameworks, validate complex data flows between Legitt AI and 3rd-party platforms (Salesforce, MS Office, and OAuth 2.0 endpoints), test LLM-driven contract extraction features, and ensure high performance under load.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Test Strategy and Execution:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable manual and automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and add-ins (e. g., React JS frontend, Node.js backend, MS Word add-ins).
• Perform functional, regression, edge-case, and end-to-end integration testing across environments.
• Test multi-step funnel workflows, dynamic form submissions, document generation, and digital signature mechanics.

AI and Data Validation:

• Evaluate and benchmark AI/LLM output quality, verifying accuracy, context retention, and edge cases in contract analysis, clause extraction, and automated drafting.
• Perform test validation on unstructured document parsing (PDFs, DOCX) and multi-tenant data privacy.

Integration and API Testing:

• Validate REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows for third-party integrations (e. g., Salesforce AppExchange packages, CRM syncs, document viewers).
• Verify bidirectional data sync and error-handling routines under poor network or rate-limited conditions.

Automation and Tooling:

• Build robust end-to-end (E2E) automation scripts using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Integrate automated test runs directly into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) for continuous testing on pre-release builds.
• Utilize API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, JMeter) to validate endpoints, payload schemas, and performance limits.

Bug Lifecycle and Release Safety:

• Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact assessments in Jira/ClickUp.
• Partner directly with full-stack engineers and product owners to reproduce production anomalies and refine technical requirements.
