At Legna, we provide supply chain and inventory management software to the timber and wood products industries (i.e. lumber mills, sawmills, pulp mills, etc.) throughout the United States and Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will work intimately with our clients, ensuring we implement our software as efficiently and effectively as possible. Post-go-live, you’ll work closely with our customers to ensure ongoing client success. In addition to building strong relationships with our clients, you’ll work internally with our product and engineering teams to understand our product roadmap and ensure we deeply understand our clients’ problems to ensure we are addressing the needs of our end market and developing the best product possible.\nKey responsibilities:\nDeliver successful implementations of Legna’s software applications by providing the technical expertise to efficiently implement software and configure systems \nBuild strong relationships with customers to understand their business processes, goals and challenges \nAct as primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (R&D, Product, Exec) \nDevelop business and forestry industry-related knowledge to be able to understand and proactively solve customer requirements \nTrain customer teams on system functionality, best practices, and workflows, including the creation and updates of training and user guides \nProvide support to customers post go-live;
