As our Accountant based in Prague, you'll help reconcile Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and LEGO® Brand Retail transactions, ensuring payments are accurately matched and financial records stay reliable.\n'The role is a 2-year fixed term contract'\nCore Responsibilities\nReconcile Direct-to-Consumer, LEGO Brand Retail and payment provider transactions accurately and on time.\nInvestigate unmatched payments, exceptions and failed transactions to support resolution and cash collection.\nPartner with Consumer Service teams and finance colleagues to resolve transaction-related queries.\nMonitor bank account activity and ensure incoming payments are correctly applied within financial systems.\nThis position is based in Prague - Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.\nPlay your part in our team succeeding\nWithin the Accounts Receivable team, you'll support the flow of cash across the LEGO Group's growing Direct-to-Consumer business. From online sales and PayPal settlements to in-store purchases and partner payment channels, the team ensures every transaction finds its way to the right account. This role combines hands-on transaction work with process development.\nDo you have what it takes?\nExperience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation or cash flow activities.\n\nComfortable working independently while navigating changing processes and incomplete information.\n\nUnderstanding of GL, AR and reconciliation principles within a finance or shared service environment.\n\nConfidence using data to solve problems and make sound decisions on transactional issues.\n\nWhat would be an advantage?\nExperience supporting Direct-to-Consumer, retail or e-commerce finance operations.\n\nExposure to process optimization, continuous improvement or shared service center transformations.\n\n#EL - LI1\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
