This role sits at the centre of some of the LEGO Group's most important commercial discussions, with the opportunity to shape executive narratives and performance momentum across the business.\nRequired\nLed enterprise-wide commercial performance or transformation initiatives in a global matrix organisation without direct authority.\nBuilt executive narratives and decision materials for leadership boards, steering committees or C-suite forums.\nTranslated complex analytical findings into commercial actions and measurable business outcomes.\nInfluenced Director, VP, SVP or Executive-level stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nOwned delivery of recurring executive performance reviews, reporting cycles or commercial business reviews.\nConsolidated insights from multiple regions or business units into a single enterprise narrative for senior leadership.\nExcellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.\nPreferred Qualifications\nConducted market share analyses that informed commercial growth priorities or investment decisions.\nApplied predictive analytics to support commercial forecasting or business planning decisions.\nUsed advanced analytics, data science techniques, SQL or Python to generate business insights.\nApplied AI or agentic AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation, reporting or executive storytelling.\nWhat you'll build\nLead delivery of monthly commercial performance narratives and executive reporting cycles.\nOwn and continuously improve the monthly commercial tractionprocess, helping evolve it from a reporting forum into a decision-making forum.\nBring together insights from regional and global teams to create compelling business stories for senior leaders.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline executive deliverables and enhance performance narratives across leadership forums.\nHelp increase the use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights in senior decision-making.\nIf you've worked in a role where you influenced executive stakeholders, built leadership materials and connected analytics to commercial outcomes, you'll feel at home here.
