This position combines technical maintenance expertise with training and coaching responsibilities to ensure employees are equipped to work safely, consistently, and efficiently.\nApproximately 60% of the role focuses on training development, instruction, coaching, and documentation, while 40% is spent performing hands-on maintenance and providing floor-based coaching to maintain technical expertise.\nAs a member of the Global Trainer Network, you will help implement global training standards, collaborate with trainers across LEGO sites, and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\nCompensation and Schedule\nEstimated Total Annual Compensation: $74,152 - $87,683\nIncludes base hourly pay of $35.65/hour, overtime opportunities, and annual bonus potential\nThis position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus of $5,000\nSchedule: Admin shift (M - F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM)\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate and maintain training materials, job aids, and standardized work documentation.\nDeliver TWI Job Instruction (JI) training and support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development.\nCoach and mentor job coaches to strengthen training capability across all shifts.\nMonitor training effectiveness and ensure consistent application of global standards and best practices\nMaintenance & Technical Support\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on High-bay Warehouse automated systems, including conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and elevators.\nTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues, escalating complex problems when needed.\nSupport equipment installation, modifications, and maintenance planning to minimize operational downtime.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records using Maintenance Management (MMS) and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems.\nQuality, Safety & Collaboration\nEnsure training supports safety, quality, and operational performance.\nParticipate in daily meetings and shift handovers to align training priorities.\nIdentify and escalate quality or process deviations.\nPartner with Global Job Trainers across LEGO sites to implement and maintain standardized training practices.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience with automated warehouse equipment such as conveyors, cranes, shuttles, or elevators.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment with strong knowledge of safety and quality practices.\nStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable using digital systems and production software.\nEnglish proficiency (minimum CEFR B2-C1 or equivalent).\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally for training.\nStarting Hourly Rate $35.65\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical training or certifications in maintenance, manufacturing, or mechatronics.\nExperience training, mentoring, or onboarding employees.\nKnowledge of LEAN, Standard Work, or continuous improvement principles.\nExperience with MES, SAP, CHAMP, or similar manufacturing systems.\nFamiliarity with TWI Job Instruction or other structured training methodologies.\nCompensation\nThe salary for this position has a range of $35.65 - $35.65 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
