You'll partner with global teams, internal business units and agency partners to bring campaigns to life across stores and eCommerce, while ensuring strong local relevance and excellent execution. You'll also act as a key point of contact for one regional business unit, identifying opportunities to strengthen integration and maximise the impact of retail marketing activity.\nRequired Experience\nAt least 5 years demonstrated experience in driving retail marketing plans that supported commercial objectives, traffic growth and sales performance across EMEA markets.\nDelivering omnichannel retail or trade marketing campaigns, with deep experience across store and eCommerce shopper touchpoints. \nDeveloped in-store marketing materials and partnered effectively with external creative agencies.\nExecuted full-funnel marketing campaigns that increased retail traffic and support sales performance. \nManaged PR and influencer activation programmes to support campaign objectives. \nTranslated shopper insights into actionable marketing plans, in-store experiences and campaign recommendations. \nLed end-to-end campaign delivery, including asset development, retail activation, media planning and stakeholder communications.\nWhat you'll build\nRegional execution of LEGO Retail marketing campaigns across EMEA. \nLocal marketing activations that connect campaign moments with shopper needs and market opportunities. \nMedia plans that increase store footfall and online traffic during key campaign periods. \nStrong collaboration between LEGO Retail, Business Units and agency partners. \nCampaign learnings and insights that help shape future marketing activity. \nIf you've worked in a role where you managed retail marketing campaigns across stores and eCommerce while partnering with multiple stakeholders, you'll feel at home here. The team works closely together, sharing insights, coordinating campaign activity and partnering with colleagues across the business. Success comes from being organised, positive, resilient and enthusiastic, while maintaining high standards and supporting shared goals.\nWhat success looks like\nYou'll become the regional voice for key campaigns, balancing global priorities with local market opportunities and ensuring every campaign lands effectively across stores and digital channels. Over the coming months, you'll help strengthen integration across internal Business Units and identify new opportunities to drive awareness of the LEGO product portfolio.
