You'll play a vital role in department stores, focusing on strategic planning, inventory management, and business analysis.\nIf you excel in collaboration and optimizing processes, this is your chance to make a significant impact in retail operations in Mexico!\nWhat you'll build\nThis position will be responsible for joint customer planning, inventory management and business analysis for department stores.\n\nJoint planning with account managers and customers to develop yearly customer plans and account objectives consisting of sales targets, product launches and promotional estimates.\n\nTailored demand forecasting: Analyze specific sales data and trends to predict demand, ensuring products are available when and where needed.\n\nTrack KPIs related to sales performance, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.\n\nImplement strategies to streamline operations within department stores, improving efficiency.\n\nWhat success looks like\nThe Customer Planner will ensure smooth execution of sales and operations by aligning department store needs with business capabilities. This role will optimize inventory flow, enhance collaboration across departments and improve service delivery, contributing to efficient market operations in Mexico. You will also play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nSolid experience in demand planning or inventory management\n\nStrong Analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis and forecasting\n\nKnowledge of digital tools like SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel\n\nExcellent communication skills: ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using IT as an enabler for increasing performance working with Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel & other digital tools\n\nBachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience\n\nAdditional details on this position:\nOur workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work.
