Job Description

Just imagine helping shoppers around the world discover magnificent, relevant content through a smooth LEGO®.com experience. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Digital Content QA Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the quality of the shopper experience on LEGO®.com by ensuring digital assets function and look as planned. During this six-month contract, you’ll review content for homepages, campaigns and promotions across all shoppable markets. You’ll use several tools and work with stakeholders to resolve design and functional issues before publishing deadlines.

** This is a temporary position through approximately the end of June 2027, based on business needs. **

Required Qualifications

  • Used JIRA to triage design or functional fixes for digital assets.
  • Tracked quality-assurance issues for website assets in JIRA.
  • Identified quality issues in website assets and followed them through to resolution within publishing deadlines.
  • Reviewed and quality-checked website assets within a CMS before publication.

What you'll build

  • Check text and digital assets to confirm that they look and function as planned.
  • Triage design and functional fixes, keeping work moving against publishing deadlines.
  • Support the quality of homepage, campaign and promotional content across shoppable markets.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the shopper experience.
  • Grow your confidence in checking a variety of digital assets independently.
  • Contribute ideas that improve quality-assurance processes and everyday ways of working.

If you’ve worked in a role where you quality-checked text or digital assets using JIRA and a content management system, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your close attention to detail and your commitment to seeing quality issues through to resolution.

Life on the team

You’ll join a team that delivers magnificent, relevant content to shoppers around the world. Teamwork and shared ownership are central to how the group operates, alongside the trust to work independently. You’ll bring initiative, stay motivated when deadlines are close and take action when you spot something that needs fixing.

What success looks like

You’ll confidently assess a variety of assets, distinguish design issues from functional ones and help move each fix towards resolution. You’ll balance independent quality checks with close coordination across other QA Coordinators, our internal agency and the ecommerce content team. By the end of the contract, your work will have helped create consistent, reliable content experiences for shoppers across LEGO.com markets.
