This role ensures local and global processes are clearly documented, standardized, and accessible while supporting employee training and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, edit, translate, and maintain Standard Work and training documentation.\n\nPartner with Process Owners, Global Job Trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.\n\nSupport training programs by maintaining training plans, skill matrices, and training records.\n\nManage documentation using company systems while ensuring version control and compliance.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities, process improvements, and new process implementation.\n\nTrack training metrics and support audits to ensure training and documentation standards are met.\n\nCollaborate with global teams to promote standardized processes and share best practices.\n\nTraining & Coordination\nExperience creating or managing technical documentation in a manufacturing or technical environment.\n\nStrong written communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience supporting training programs, documentation management, or process improvement initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.\n\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as needed.\n\nStarting hourly rate $36.00\n\nCompensation\nThe salary for this position has a range of $36.00 - $36.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
