The role coordinates procurement, equipment movements, scrapping processes, and stakeholder communication while supporting daily operational priorities, safety, quality, and 5S standards.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for handling purchase orders for teams and events for most of our locations.\nProcurement/ordering of PPE products for the store\nSupport to ensure equipment loading, unloading and moving timely with good quality\nCoordinate for LMV scrapping process & operation execution\nSupport to Ensure the prioritization of the daily warehouse tasks\nCollaborate with all departments and stakeholders/vendors to ensure execution and compliance with operations (safety, quality, etc.)\nSupport of various activities of the manual warehouse operation\nIs part of small projects within Logistics\nSupport on Data reporting for MWH with customs and others\nComply with 5S\nSupport internal logistic teams with documentation, communication, and progress training, coaching and tracking\nComplete other tasks assigned by People Leaders\nEXPERIENCE:\nMin 2 years in manufacturing area\nCollege/University graduation - any field\nOTHER:\nGreat communications skills\nCollaboration / stakeholder management\nAutonomous and self-driven\nUnderstands how a manufacturing company works\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nPositive attitude\nGood collaboration and teamwork\nWillingness and ability to learn new things\nActive and proactive approach\nAbility to recognize and report a problem\nFlexibility, ability to adapt and accept changes\nStress resistance\nFamiliarity with quality tools and lean manufacturing principles is a plus\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
