Then make it real.\nAbout the role\nAs part of the BU France Leadership Team you will be working across functions and ensuring strong collaboration at all levels driving effective and efficient S&OP, delivering high customer satisfaction and healthy inventory and logistics management as well as governing key customer metrics for internal and external reporting.\nThis is a key role in executing the strategic direction of the business unit, developing a strong Operations team to drive the continuous improvement culture and setting and delivering challenging operational objectives - while energizing everybody everyday.\nPlease note: Relocation support is not available for this role.\nRequired Qualifications\nProven track record of leadership and developing strong performing teams with high motivation and satisfaction in their roles\nProven cross-functional forecasting experience with a clearly demonstrated ability to deliver results\nDemonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement of the service delivered to retailers\nAbility to operate at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders including experience leading complex/challenging negotiations\nStrategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive in uncertainty\nExperience in leading teams through periods of significant change\nPreferred Qualifications\nOperated in an Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain environment.\nProactive approach to opportunities and challenges.\nWhat you'll build\nSet strategic objectives that balance the business’s commercial and operational needs.\nImprove in-stock performance, inventory cover, item-level results, and forecast accuracy.\nStrengthen customer satisfaction and service for retail partners by leading the customer service team.\nSupport digitalisation and continuous improvement across the business.\nContribute to the commercial and people plans for the next one to three years.\nIf you've worked in a role where you improved forecasting, retailer service, and operational results, you'll feel at home here. You'll bring a proactive approach, collaborate openly, and help others turn challenges into practical opportunities.\nWhat success looks like\nYou'll establish clear priorities, strengthen team capability, and create accurate management of operational measures. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll improve planning, forecasting, inventory health, and retailer service while supporting digitalisation. You'll work closely with the BU France Leadership Team, France Operations, regional and European Operations partners, retail partners, and teams managing customer processes.\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
