As OT Automation Manager in Monterrey, you'll help expand our production capacity while supporting the Operational Technology team responsible for Final Packing solutions across the LEGO Group. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.\nPlay your part in our team succeeding\nOperational Technology plays a vital role in getting LEGO® products from production lines into the hands of builders around the world. Working within our Final Packing technology area, you'll support the installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of highly automated solutions while helping create a more connected Industry 4.0 environment.\nTogether with colleagues in Monterrey and global partners across multiple sites, you'll build, rebuild and inspire improvements that strengthen standardization, scalability and reliability. Your work will help establish local capabilities while supporting the rollout of global automation platforms and digital manufacturing solutions.\nCore Responsibilities\nStandardize automation platforms across Final Packing technologies to support consistent global operations.\nLead installation and commissioning activities for production lines from an Operational Technology perspective.\nIdentify improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, usability, serviceability and equipment performance.\nPartner with global and local teams to deploy PLC software and automation standards.\nProvide technical guidance on automation architecture, robotics, networking and digital manufacturing solutions.\nDo you have what it takes?\nExperience in automation programming, troubleshooting and mechatronics applications within manufacturing environments.\nComfortable working with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including development, design and commissioning activities.\nExperience supporting robotics platforms such as ABB and KUKA and related automation equipment.\nFluent English communication skills with experience collaborating across cultures and time zones.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with machine vision platforms such as Keyence or Cognex.\nExperience with Python, CI/CD practices, APIs, OT networking, MQTT, OPC UA, EPLAN or PcSchematic.\nAdditional details on this position\nThis position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.\nNo relocation offered\nNeed availability to travel to support installations, collaboration activities and knowledge sharing with colleagues across the global manufacturing network.\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
