We lead strategic projects across manufacturing operations with a strong focus on internal logistics and automation technologies.\nAs a Technical Project Manager, you will lead initiatives that significantly increase automation across LEGO manufacturing operations. Your work will directly contribute to improving productivity, optimizing material flow, and supporting the development of a smarter and more agile factory network.\nDo You Have What It Takes?\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience within Production and/or Engineering functions in medium to large international organizations.\nProject Management experience. \nProven experience managing automation projects. \nDemonstrated experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers. \nStrong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional project environments. \nAbility to translate complex technical challenges into clear and concise communication. \nAdvanced English proficiency (C1-C2). \nAvailability to travel approximately 30 days per year.\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP\nExperience in medium to large multinational organizations. \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. \nFunctional expertise in operational equipment implementation within manufacturing environments. \nResults-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach. \nExperience working with multicultural and global teams. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools \nNote: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
