This role serves as a key operational contact for security, fire, health, safety, and crisis-related incidents while supporting compliance, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCompensation & Schedule\nStarting Pay:\n\n$26.73/hr.(paid weekly)\n\n10% Night Shift Differential ($29.40/hr.)\n\nSchedule:\n\nTrain: 8am-5pmfor 2 weeks\n\nPost-Training: Thursday 1am-7am & 7pm -7am, Friday 7pm-7am, Sat: 7pm-7am\n\nCore Responsibilities\nCoordinate 24/7 security operations within the Local Command Centerin accordance withestablished procedures and best practices.\n\nServe as a deputy to Site Security Management during security, fire, safety, health, and crisis incidents.\n\nAssess, escalate, and coordinate responses to incidents using established contingency and escalation plans.\n\nMaintainaccurateincident logs, reports, and operational documentation.\n\nSupport investigations and liaise with emergency responders and local authorities whenrequired.\n\nConduct shift handovers and provide operational updates to stakeholders.\n\nMonitor security, access control, CCTV, and fire systems, reporting faults through PLANON or other approved systems.\n\nTrain and support security service providers in responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.\n\nManage key control processes, site inspections, operational reports, and penetration test activities.\n\nSupport KPI reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and the implementation of security best practices.\n\nWork Environment & Flexibility\nAbility to support a 24/7 operation, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.\n\nParticipate in emergency response activities, drills, and investigations.\n\nSupport multiple facilities within the Local Command Center's area of responsibility.\n\nWork in both command center and site environments, including routine inspections.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in security operations, emergency management, law enforcement, military, ora relatedfield.\n\nExperience with CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.\n\nKnowledge of incident management, crisis response, and security procedures.\n\nStrong decision-making, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience preparing reports,maintainingrecords, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office and security management platforms.\n\nCommitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nFire panelmonitoringcertification or ability to obtain certification asrequired.\n\nTechnical Skills\nMonitor and respond to security, access control, CCTV, and fire system alarms.\n\nCoordinate incidentresponse, investigations, and corrective actions.\n\nAdminister access control, surveillance, key management, and security reporting processes.\n\nSupport fire and life safety compliance, emergency response activities, and evacuation procedures.\n\nTroubleshoot integrated security systems and coordinate resolution of system issues.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSecurity industry certification (CPP, PSP, or equivalent).\n\nExperience in manufacturing, corporate,logistics, or critical infrastructure environments.\n\nExperience with PLANON or similar Integrated Workplace Management Systems.\n\nKnowledge of security risk management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness.\n\nPreviouscommand center or control room experience.\n\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
