This is a great opportunity to apply and share your knowledge and through engaging with HR professionals from across the LEGO Group, you will quickly gain a valuable LEGO® network.\nDo you have what it takes?\nSeveral years of relevant experience within strategic workforce planning in a complex global organisation.\n\nAdvanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise, with the ability to translate workforce data into business insights.\n\nProficient analytical skills with experience using Power BI, advanced Excel and data visualisation tools to tell compelling stories with data.\n\nProven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, navigating complexity and driving alignment.\n\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.\n\nCurious, collaborative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.\n\nExperience working with cloud-based HR systems would be an advantage.\n\n#LI-NS2\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
