As a Shop Floor Planner, you will play a critical role in balancing production capacity, inventory, labor resources, and operational priorities to support business performance and customer satisfaction.\nCore Responsibilities\nExecute and coordinate the daily production sequence for Final Pack, Pre-Pack, and Processing operations based on production plans released by Production Planning.\nMonitor and rebalance production plans throughout the week to ensure alignment with business priorities, labor availability, and machine utilization.\nMaintain accurate planning data in SAP and ensure production schedules remain feasible and achievable.\nPartner with Operations to optimize labor allocation and provide visibility into staffing requirements across production areas. \nManage production priorities and provide direction during operational disruptions such as absenteeism, equipment downtime, or unexpected production constraints.\nCollaborate closely with Material Planning and Molding Planning teams to mitigate material shortages and minimize operational impacts. \nMonitor key performance indicators including OTIF, Schedule Adherence, Production Accomplishment, and Volume Delivery, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.\nSupport year-end activities, including coordination of delivery waste purchase orders and related planning activities.\nPlay Your Part in Our Team Succeeding\nThe Shop Floor Planner plays an instrumental role in the Finished Goods planning process and serves as a key connection between planning and manufacturing operations. This role ensures that daily production activities remain aligned with business priorities while maintaining operational stability and supporting future production requirements.\nBy proactively managing production schedules, inventory considerations, and operational challenges, you will help ensure the right products are available at the right time while supporting efficient manufacturing operations across the site.\nDo You Have What It Takes?\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in production planning, manufacturing planning, or inventory analysis.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience working within a manufacturing environment.\nIntermediate English proficiency (B2 level).\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nWork schedule 4x4 \nNice to Have\nExperience using SAP.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nKnowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.\nNote: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
