Would you like to work with a diverse group of people and work across a variety of functions?\nYou will play a meaningful role of updating, maintaining, and reporting across all things data.\nCore Responsibilities\nIndependently performing high quality data management activities (i.e., manual updates, reporting)\nCreating HR related documents (i.e., contracts, merit letters, offer letters, etc.)\nPerforming and acting on data quality controls\nImproving current processes and procedures\nFostering and maintaining solid and valuable relationships within the team and with our partners (i.e., Payroll, PO&D department, etc.)\nData Management activities (manual updates, reporting.)\nCollaborating with the development team to solve technical issues.\nParticipating in projects representing the Employee Master Data team\nWhen applicable being a Superuser (represent the team in Superuser meetings and pass on the knowledge back to the team)\nMentoring new hires and more junior team members\nHandles operational critical issues\nPlay your part in our team succeeding\nThe main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both - personal and organizational) are correct and updated at all times, globally. The data is then used by many other departments (payroll, reporting, planning..) which underlines the importance of its quality.\nThe Sr Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master data department in the BSO.
