In this role, you will develop and maintain data products, data pipelines, and reporting solutions used by stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Markets, and Channels. You will play a key role in establishing a new data foundation on the LEGO Data Platform using Databricks technology while helping drive enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.\nCore Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain data products, data flows, and reporting solutions for diverse business users.\nBuild and enhance scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Power Platform technologies.\nHelp establish a strong data foundation on the new LEGO Data Platform.\nPartner with supply chain and operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\nEnsure reliable, accessible, and high-quality data across key supply chain information domains.\nDevelop reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Power BI and related technologies.\nContribute hands-on Databricks expertise and help elevate the team's data engineering capabilities.\nDo you have what it takes?\nDatabricks data transformation and engineering experience.\nData pipeline development using Databricks and/or Power Platform.\nStrong understanding of business metrics and analytics solutions.\nExperience developing end-to-end data solutions from source systems to business consumers.\nExperience with Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions.\nCore Competencies\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nCritical thinking and analytical mindset.\nAdaptability and change agility.\nGrowth mindset and continuous improvement approach.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nData fluency and ability to communicate insights effectively.\nNice to Have\nData modelling expertise.\nExperience managing dashboards and reporting portfolios.\nProject prioritization experience within agile environments.\nAbout the Team\nThe Supply Chain Business Intelligence team serves as the bridge between Supply Chain business stakeholders and Digital Data Foundation teams.
