This role drives operational excellence, safety, inventory accuracy, cost optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production requirements and business growth.\nCore Responsibilities\nSupport and manage front-line leaders (Supervisors, Group Leaders, Team Coordinators) in 3+ Packing Buildings and Processing Buildings.\nSupport and drive the correct implementation and sustainability of Logistics strategic initiatives.\nBe a safety role model in Logistics and Packing.\nBe a 5S role model in Logistics and Packing.\nEnsure inventory accuracy and cycle count execution.\nEnsure uninterrupted material supply to production.\nKnow and ensure the right execution of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)\nKnow and ensure the right execution of OEA & CTPAT\nEnsure the right accomplishment of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001\nResponsible for Logistics operation performance management: safety, quality, delivery, costs, and people KPIs.\nResponsible for people development (Supervisors).\nResponsible for PULSE (motivation & Satisfaction) operational results.\nLeads benchmark best practices in operational process activities across site & global (people management, D&I, shopfloor management, productivity)\nCollaborate with other departments such are: Training, HBW, Prepack, Final Pack, Processing, Planning, Procurement, Imports-Exports and external suppliers.\nContinuously strive to improve processes to reduce costs in the Logistics Operations.\nLead Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDrive WMS, ERP and automation projects.\nManage & ensure internal resources required to run Logistics Operation are available: racks, forklifts, AGVs, LGVs, handheld scanners, wrapping machine, battery exchanger.\nProactive approach and responsibility in terms of solving critical problems related to Logistics Operations.\nEnsure RIT (Internal Work Regulation) is followed and applied.\nProvide feedback and supervision. Establish individual and group goals. Focus on results\nDevelop of Annual budget and adhere to it.\nDo you have what it takes?\nDemonstrated experience in Warehouse and Material Flow Processes within a Manufacturing environment.\nPeople Leader experience.\nHigh level of Leadership, analytical skills, results orientation, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration, stakeholder management, proactivity, dynamism, open-mindedness, high flexibility, change management, personnel administration.\nOperational Excellence, lean manufacturing Tools (5´s, JIT, TPM, Kanban, Gemba).\nBroad knowledge of forklift types, battery rooms, racking systems, and intralogistics.\nMS Office, SAP Galaxy knowledge, Warehouse management system (COMBI). Experience working in Warehouses and Material supply to production lines. Experience using AGV´s (Automated Guided Vehicles).\nCTPAT and/or OEA knowledge.\nPrevious experience working with WMS, ERP (SAP) and automation solutions.\nExperience in Cost and Budget management.\nNote: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position \nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
