We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about leading teams, supporting store operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.\nCore Responsibilities\nAs a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in the daily operation of the business. Through your leadership, positivity and passion for retail, you will help create a welcoming and engaging environment for both guests and team members.\nLead the team during your shift and be a role model on the shop floor. \nSupport daily store operations by supervising the team, resolving operational challenges and ensuring all activities are carried out in line with LEGO® Brand Retail standards and procedures.\nSupport store performance and operational excellence. \nAssist with scheduling, attendance monitoring and workforce planning. Help maintain stockroom organization, product availability and loss prevention standards while ensuring operational routines are executed effectively.\nDeliver exceptional guest experiences. \nLead and inspire the team to provide outstanding service to every guest visiting the LEGO® Store.
