equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered. \n2-4 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience coordinating or supervising production teams (minimum 40 hourly employees).\nStrong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in a production environment.\nAbility to monitor and drive team performance using production KPIs such as safety, quality, output, and downtime.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\nAbility to coordinate daily production activities and assign tasks to ensure smooth and efficient line operations.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage changing production priorities.\nAbility to coach, guide, and support team members to ensure adherence to operational standards and team development.\nCompensation\nThe salary for this position has a range of $32.30 - $32.30 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
