As aTemporaryTeam Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and helping ensure production targets are achieved while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement at LEGO Manufacturing Virginia.\nCompensation & Schedule\nStarting Pay: $25.71/hr.\nSchedule: Night Shift, 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate daily production activities to support safety, quality, delivery, and performance targets.\nProvide day-to-day operational leadership and guidance to production team members.\nLead daily team meetings to communicate priorities, safety topics, performance expectations, and operational updates.\nCoordinate team assignments and resources based on production priorities and changing operational needs.\nMonitor production performance and escalate safety, quality, equipment, staffing, or delivery concerns when necessary.\nServe as a first point of support for team members, helping troubleshoot production issues and remove operational barriers.\nConduct process confirmations and 5S audits to support established safety, quality, and production standards.\nPromote compliance with PPE requirements, ergonomic practices, environmental procedures, and LEGO Group safety standards.\nDrive 5S, LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), and waste-reduction activities within the production area.\nTrack and communicate production performance, scrap, and other key operational metrics.\nSupport onboarding, training, cross-training, coaching, and technical skill development for team members.\nPartner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other support teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.\nPlay Your Part in Our Team's Success\nAs a TemporaryTeam Coordinator, you will serve as a key day-to-day operational leader within the production team. This role supports the team by coordinating people, priorities, and resources while helping ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production performance.\nYou'll play an important role in building a collaborative, high-performing culture while supporting team development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment.\nPrevious team lead experience or demonstrated experience providing day-to-day guidance to production teams.\nMachine operator or production equipment experience.\nStrong understanding of workplace safety, quality, and production standards.\nStrong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to coordinate daily work and resources while responding to changing production priorities.\nAbility to monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.\nAbility to support onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous improvement activities.\nAbility to work the required 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. night shift.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience training, coaching, or developing production team members.\nExperience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), or similar continuous-improvement programs.\nExperience monitoring production KPIs, scrap, quality, or other operational performance metrics.\nExperience with process confirmations, troubleshooting, and production problem-solving.\nWhat We Offer\nPaid training and development opportunities.\nCareer growth within LEGO Manufacturing Virginia.\nCollaborative and team-oriented work environment.\nOpportunity to help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nThe chance to build leadership experience while supporting LEGO's world-class manufacturing operation.\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
