As a Materials Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production and deliver great experiences for our consumers.\nPlay your part in our team succeeding\nAs a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability to support the production plan. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, production teams, and planning partners to maintain inventory health, improve supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement across planning processes.\nCore Responsibilities\nEnsure material availability in line with the latest production plan requirements.\nManage and adjust supplier delivery schedules to accommodate production plan changes.\nOptimize inventory and safety stock levels to ensure production continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.\nMonitor supplier performance and proactively address supply risks and potential disruptions.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate material-related risks through effective contingency planning.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, transportation optimization, inventory utilization, and supplier collaboration.\nExecute daily planning activities with a strong focus on quality, agility, and operational excellence.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.\nSupport the implementation and continual improvement of the QEHS Management System within your area of responsibility.\nEnsure adequate resources are available to maintain QEHS compliance and effectiveness.\nDemonstrate leadership and proactive participation in QEHS initiatives.\nComply with all applicable legal, regulatory, customer, and company QEHS requirements.\nDo You Have What It Takes?\nExperience in Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Planning, or related Supply Chain functions.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nExperience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nKnowledge of inventory management principles, material planning processes, and supply chain operations.\nContinuous Improvement methodologies and tools (PDCA, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Lean principles, etc.).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.\nRisk assessment and mitigation experience.\nPower BI expertise, including dashboard development, KPI visualization, data modeling, DAX, and reporting automation.\nAbility to analyze and interpret business data to identify opportunities and risks.\nFluent English communication skills.\nWhat's in it for You?\nJoin a team where your contributions directly impact our ability to delight children and families around the world.
