Description\nPay Rate: $29.90 per hour\nWork Schedule\nInitial schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Administrative Schedule).\nBeginning in Q1, the position will transition to a rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern based on business needs.\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate forklifts and other Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.\nFollow and remain aligned with established work procedures for logistics and warehouse activities.\nEnsure timely delivery of materials to production lines to support manufacturing operations.\nLoad, handle, and unload materials from local and international suppliers across multiple warehouse locations.\nPrepare and ship finished goods to distribution centers.\nReceive, unpack, and deliver goods while complying with FSC requirements.\nConsolidate materials and create kits for production work orders.\nPick materials and create inventory splits based on operational requirements.\nPerform intermediate troubleshooting of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and automated material handling systems.\nPut away and retrieve materials safely within Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environments.\nProcess material returns using both manual methods and automated scale systems.\nPerform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.\nRepack materials and update product labeling and system records as required.\nInvestigate system deltas and inventory variances and take appropriate corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP to accurately manage inventory and material movement transactions.\nTasks\nInteract with automated equipment and follow established material flow processes.\nMonitor AGVs and automated systems for performance and operational issues.\nTroubleshoot system and operational errors and escalate issues when necessary.\nEscalate equipment failures to Maintenance when material flow is impacted.\nUse required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.\nUtilize desktop computers, handheld devices, and RF scan guns to complete inventory and warehouse transactions.\nPerform pre-shift inspections and complete equipment checklists before operating PIT equipment.\nChange batteries for PIT equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.\nPerform cycle counts, inventory investigations, and inventory reconciliations.\nProcess returns and investigate inventory discrepancies within WMS and SAP systems.\nWork at heights when performing inventory investigations, cycle counts, and material retrieval activities.\nFollow the guidelines established in accordance with LEGO Group Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality policies.\nComply with global and local processes supporting OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 requirements.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\n3 to 4 years of logistics, warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.\nStrong systems orientation with advanced experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP.\nExperience operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.\nExperience using handheld scanners and RF scan guns.\nExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement transactions.\nExperience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory investigations.\nExperience processing material returns and researching inventory discrepancies.\nExperience investigating system deltas and resolving inventory-related issues.\nExperience working with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and automated warehouse systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot operational and system-related errors and escalate issues appropriately.\nAbility to safely work at heights.\nExperience changing batteries for PIT equipment.\nStrong attention to safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience participating in process improvement initiatives.\nExposure to process engineering concepts within manufacturing or logistics operations.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or related methodologies.\nCompensation\nThe salary for this position has a range of $29.90 - $29.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
