The role ensures optimal stock availability while working within established policies and parameters.\nThis is a judgement-led role requiring strong system knowledge, analytical thinking, and proactive exception management.\nDo you have what it takes?\nExtensive experience in allocation, replenishment, and inventory planning within high-volume retail environments.\nAdvanced proficiency with planning and forecasting systems (o9, SAP, or comparable platforms) to support data-driven inventory strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership, prioritizing competing initiatives and delivering results with limited oversight.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capability, leveraging data insights to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.\nHighly effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with store leadership, supply chain partners, and cross-functional team members.\nProven ability to translate performance data into actionable operational strategies, while coaching and developing team members to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes.\nLeadership experience driving regional allocation initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic event execution to support sales and inventory objectives.\nMust be able to work early mornings. Some nights, weekends and holidays are required during peak times.\n#KC-LI1\nCompensation\nThe salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
